Decent stay but sub-par product - not the best value for money Positive: Good and helpful staff. Very friendly and addressed my concerns when raised. Good access in and out of the property. Good to have a grocery store close to the property as well. Negative: But the property is still under construction and has a lot of work ongoing. Whilst I was not given the room I had booked (a smaller room compared to the 46 m2 mentioned in the booking), the staff did give me an alternate room the next day. There was no housekeeping done for the 4 days of stay, which was not clearly mentioned during the booking. The interiors were below par. The fittings in the bathroom were of poor quality, and the stuff in the room was slightly falling apart - not expected of a new construction. And there was construction work happening in the building, including on my floor, when I was staying.

It was a good stay, location and view was awesome but housekeeping staff assistance could be better. Positive: The location, the view. Paul, the representative was really helpful and quick to respond when approached. Negative: AC was not the best, it doesn’t reach the bedroom. Housekeeping took forever to respond.

They can't offer anything more than beautiful smiles to the guest. I strongly advise against booking an apartment at Positive: Perhaps the only positives are that there was no problem with parking and you could lounge by the pool in peace. Negative: This is a completely overrated property, poorly managed, with dirty rooms that reeked of sewage and practically nonexistent service. I've traveled extensively around the world and I don't think I've ever encountered anything like this in a similar property. We were there for a week and were placed in an apartment where the air conditioning wasn't working; the temperature was below 18°C. After a few hours, Indian staff arrived and began cleaning the filters, which were completely clogged with dust. After an hour of their work, the air conditioning system began working properly. The apartments aren't cleaned daily. Ours wasn't cleaned until our fourth day, and only after we specifically requested it from the receptionist. The work was carried out by a random Indian employee who seemed to have no idea why he was even there. Requests for fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. were met with a friendly smile and assurances that it would be delivered shortly, but ultimately, nothing was done by the apartment staff; our requests were simply ignored. I don't understand all the praise directed at the staff in the comments here. The bathroom in the apartment was so small that it was impossible to comfortably stay in. The kitchenette lacked a hotplate to prepare any food, or at least heat anything. Problems arose right from the booking stage. We planned to arrive at the property in the morning, but the reception staff couldn't understand why we had booked from 3:00 PM the previous day. Before our arrival, they wrote that we could wait at the pool until 3:00 PM because they couldn't give us the apartment, which I had booked from 3:00 PM the previous day. Only my direct intervention with the general manager resulted in us getting the apartment immediately upon arrival.
