I highly recommend the Сommunity for a short or longer stay. Positive: JWT is a relatively new neighborhood that provides good connectivity to every part of Dubai. The Community is a building with excellent support services, a swimming pool, a gym, a co-working spaces, a supermarket and an excellent environment with parks (Yes, parks in Dubai :). Each apartment has a great view. Our host Paul was friendly and always available to contact and allowed us an easy check in at late hours.

Positive: موقع الفندق واستقبال الموظفين ممتااااز جدا فقط Negative: اما بخصوص الغرفه فهي سيئه جدا جدا جدا نظافة الغرفه 4/10 راحة الاسرة 2/10 الحجز عباره عن غرفتين نوم وغرفة معيشه وحمام واحد فقط الجناح تجاري ولايوجد به عوازل صوت ورائحه رائحة الطبخ من الجيران عندنا بالجناح والصوت كذالك الحمام يوجد به ستاره ونحن بأخر 2025 ومتهالك جميع مستلزمات المطبخ التحظيري لاتصلح للاستخدام لايتوفر سليبر الغرفه المطله على الصاله واجهتها والباب زجاج لاتتوفر خصوصيه الجناح لخمس اشخاص والصاله يتوفر بها غنفه لشخصين وطاولة طعام كذلك لشخصين غرفة النوم الثانيه السرير بأتجاه ونقاط الكهرباء والتحكم بالاناره بأتجاه اخر [ القيمه مقابل الجناح غالي جدا جدا جدا ] لاانصح بالاقامه به من اول يوم فكرت اكنسل الحجز واستبدله بفندق اخر لكن للاسف المبلغ غير مسترجع

Positive: From the check in to check out experience was great. Good facilities and big salute to Mr. ROB for going above expectations. He's the legend with his services. Overall my stay was super great

If you book take a full video before becoming they will blame for the unnecessary damage and they dont have a proper man Positive: Nothing the staff and the management is very bad Negative: They dont have cleaning staff then they blame on guest for not clean at the checkout and blame for the unnecessary damages
