Positive: The apartment is new and has good amenities like gym, swimming pool, games room etc it’s also close to Vivo supermarket for quick shopping. Easy to get a taxi from the apartment but far from bus/metro service. Paul was helpful from the start. He contacted us before arrival to coordinate a smooth check-in and was a reliable point of contact during our stay. Negative: We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for a family of 4 inc 2 kids. We stayed for 12 nights and found the apartment lacked the basic services needed for a long-term family stay. Service & Cleaning: We were only told after the first day that regular cleaning and toiletries are not provided. Despite a 12-night stay, the apartment was only cleaned twice (including towel changes) after we specifically requested it from Paul. Cleaning equipment: No cleaning equipment was provided for us to maintain the space ourselves. Additionally, while there is a washing machine, the staff repeatedly ignored our requests for a drying rack, which we wanted to use to dry the bathroom towels. Bathroom Issues: The bathroom is extremely small and poorly designed; water flooded the entire floor every time we showered, making it uncomfortable and messy. When we raised this, we were told we can upgrade to a bigger apartment (an option we didn’t see on Bookings.com). Paul also arranged for a plumber to check the drainage in case there was a blockage, however this didn’t solve the issue, hence we had to stack towels to prevent water from overflowing while showering. Climate Control: Despite cold weather, the air conditioning only produced cold air. When we reported this, the reception simply told us to "switch it off," confirming the heating function was broken and leaving us without a solution.

Won’t come back again. Positive: Nothing Negative: No wardrobes in the main room. Very small apartment and with a single bathroom.
