Skyline Views: Sunset One Bedroom with Balcony

Urine smell bathroom Positive: It was good. Negative: The bathroom was not clean. I complained daily, but they didn't clean. It was impossible to use the bathroom with the urine smell. Once I vomited. The quantity of little mosquitoes there (in the bathroom) was incredible! I showed videos and photos to the staff, but nobody did anything. I have it registered on the Community JVT WhatsApp. The balcony was dirty. Some of cutlery was not cleaned well. I'm totally disappointed.

Bad Manager Negative: The “Manager” Very disappointing I must express my disappointment that the manager has still not contacted me directly. It has now been almost 20 days, during which I have been put off almost daily. The amount in question has neither been refunded nor credited to me. To clarify the situation once again: I made the booking via Booking.com. Two days after making the reservation, on the morning of 23.02, I requested a change because a scheduled surgery appointment was postponed. The arrival date was therefore meant to be changed from 28.01 to 01.02. The hotel was not fully booked at any time, including in the room category I reserved. Therefore, no financial loss was incurred. Despite this, my request remains unresolved. I have clearly stated that a voucher for the full amount would be entirely sufficient for me. Nevertheless, instead of receiving confirmation or direct communication from the manager, I continue to receive anonymous messages asking me to wait. The manager personally assured me several times that he would come back to me and resolve the issue, but he never did. Instead of contacting me directly as promised, I repeatedly received generic responses. This lack of accountability and transparency is extremely disappointing and far below what I expected. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed my stay.

Pretty rooms but some design and management issues Positive: Pretty appearance of rooms, super comfortable bed, beautiful lobby, feels like tenants and guests talk to each other. Community events. Good parking and somewhat convenient location, though a car is really required and all the enclosing roads are highways. No cafe in the building, have to walk to another hotel nearby. Negative: Rooms had design flaws. Made for nomads but there are no outlets? Shower didn’t drain. Weird stuff going on with staff, an hour after check-in some maintenance men came to my room and barged in demanding to drill and install some mirror. This was totally unannounced. I’m a solo female traveler. I explained to please do this another day but they came back again. Then someone kept ringing my doorbell at random times including 7am.
