Skyline Views: Sunset One Bedroom with Balcony

Urine smell bathroom Positive: It was good. Negative: The bathroom was not clean. I complained daily, but they didn't clean. It was impossible to use the bathroom with the urine smell. Once I vomited. The quantity of little mosquitoes there (in the bathroom) was incredible! I showed videos and photos to the staff, but nobody did anything. I have it registered on the Community JVT WhatsApp. The balcony was dirty. Some of cutlery was not cleaned well. I'm totally disappointed.

Pretty rooms but some design and management issues Positive: Pretty appearance of rooms, super comfortable bed, beautiful lobby, feels like tenants and guests talk to each other. Community events. Good parking and somewhat convenient location, though a car is really required and all the enclosing roads are highways. No cafe in the building, have to walk to another hotel nearby. Negative: Rooms had design flaws. Made for nomads but there are no outlets? Shower didn’t drain. Weird stuff going on with staff, an hour after check-in some maintenance men came to my room and barged in demanding to drill and install some mirror. This was totally unannounced. I’m a solo female traveler. I explained to please do this another day but they came back again. Then someone kept ringing my doorbell at random times including 7am.

Government should investigate seriously Positive: Really can’t say anything I liked . Negative: Too too low maintenance and attitude of management
