A Bad Experience in DUBAI Positive: Nothing much to say Negative: Almost everything. They charged me aed200 for cleaning but during my 7 days 6 nights stay they didnt clean the room even once. Every time I make a request, it's the next day but it never happened. I requested for a refund but it didnt happen too. A worst stay ever.

Decent stay but sub-par product - not the best value for money Positive: Good and helpful staff. Very friendly and addressed my concerns when raised. Good access in and out of the property. Good to have a grocery store close to the property as well. Negative: But the property is still under construction and has a lot of work ongoing. Whilst I was not given the room I had booked (a smaller room compared to the 46 m2 mentioned in the booking), the staff did give me an alternate room the next day. There was no housekeeping done for the 4 days of stay, which was not clearly mentioned during the booking. The interiors were below par. The fittings in the bathroom were of poor quality, and the stuff in the room was slightly falling apart - not expected of a new construction. And there was construction work happening in the building, including on my floor, when I was staying.
