Bruit de l'autoroute en dessous insupportable car fenêtre ferme mal Positive: Le hall d'accueil en bas, la gentillesse du personnel (par forcement l'efficacité mais la gentillesse), les facilities (gym, ciné etc..) Negative: L'isolation phonique. C'est une catastrophe car la fenêtre fermait mal (et à lire les commentaires précédents, cela n'a jamais été réparé). J'en ai fait part à la réception en lui montrant qu'en tirant légèrement la poignée, le son de l'autoroute juste en dessous ne passait presque plus. C'est donc juste un réglage mais forcement la maintenance n'avait pas les outils... Bref, si vous aimer le silence, à fuir...

Overall: excellent staff, good location, solid amenities, and very good value. I would happily stay here again. Positive: I initially underestimated how much I would enjoy staying here. The location is great, although in a developing area, it’s central to Jumeirah and well connected to key parts of Dubai. The facilities are clean, modern, and minimalist, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the apartment-style setup with a full kitchen, which made it feel more like a home than a hotel. It’s perfect for longer stays, whether for work, study, or an extended visit. The staff were superb. Paul was incredibly helpful throughout most of my stay, assisting with settling in and practical tips. Later, Elton was equally pleasant and supportive, especially when I considered extending my stay (twice). It’s also great value for money, the space feels more like a proper apartment than just a room. The bed was comfortable, the view was nice, and the overall environment was peaceful minus the cars on highway nearby. The amenities were also impressive. The gym exceeded my expectations, and the pool and rooftop areas were great.

Positive: The cleanliness of the space was pleasant. The location can be a bit tricky if you don’t have a car. The professionalism and customer service of employees was impeccable, specifically Rob whom I interacted with majority of my stay. Would definitely recommend the space and looking forward to staying in the near future!

Government should investigate seriously Positive: Really can’t say anything I liked . Negative: Too too low maintenance and attitude of management
