Nothing was comfortable in this place , the staff response not professional and was misleading , not a hotel 4 stars , n Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything ، was noisy, they don’t clean , was disaster when I asked them to clean , the situation became worse

Terrible customer service. Positive: Great variety of facilities. Paul my host was more than attentive regarding my requests which enhanced my experience at the Community. Negative: I extend my stay at the property and was charged twice! The management team up until now have no attempt to effort to address or remedy the situation aside from my own efforts. This is greatly distressed and they proceeded to ignore my valid request and contact efforts regarding my refund. I urge other paying customers to think twice about the community prior to booking with a team that lack simple honestly.

Positive: Nice stay as usual. Paul was very Kind and explained all the usefull lofehacks regarding the Hotel.

Positive: the staff is wonderful, especially Paul who helped me with Any issue, he deserves 10/10👌🏼there is a nice gym also and some markets very close to the apartment Negative: The was problems with hot water, I mean u need to turn on hot water and wait 5-7 min so that water become hot. but the drain doesn't work well enough for you to wait 5-7 minutes + the time it takes to take a shower. So after u need to wait until the water goes away to continue taking a shower and not flood the entire room.

Positive: لاشيء Negative: الموقع بعيد عن الخدمات والمطاعم والمعالم السعر مرتفع ولا يوازي القيمة المدفوعة فيه لايوجد مناديل في الغرفة ولا سليبر ولا صندوق امانات تاخير في الدخول حيث حضرت الساعة ٤والغرفة لم تكن جاهزة وانتظرت تقريبا نص ساعة للدخول
