Fenomelan Positive: Great place to stay Negative: Summing pool and view

As above Positive: Met my expectations. They would benefit from a coffee bar in the reception area Negative: No coffee bar/cafe

Negative: Very bad and frustrating experience at that hotel which is not rated btw. 1/ bad isolation so impossible to sleep when your room is next to the big avenue (traffic 24 hours). 2/ bad service and reception don’t follow up claims also their attitude is rude. 3/ telephone not working to reach reception so forced to come down every time to reception. 5/ hot water not working at night so don’t expect a good shower before sleeping. 4/ last and worst : cleaning only done on a weekly basis so even towel not replaced, and hygiene products (shampoo, soap and body gel) provided only first day (small samples) and not provided daily, when you ask for supplying they said that forbidden and only provided one time even if your stay is long. Building looks like a 5 star hotel but service 0. You should really review your standards level !!!! I don’t recommend
